About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Rural Retail Specialist to join our team at Farmlands Tauranga store. This is a full-time opportunity that requires flexibility across Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our shareholders.

Responsibilities
As a Rural Retail Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing retail sales and customer service to our shareholders
  • Advising customers on a range of sheep and beef, dry stock, and general agricultural products
  • Operating a point of sale (POS) system
  • Completing administrative tasks such as ordering and receipting of stock
  • Restocking and displaying our products

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a background in the farming sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
You should also have sound computer skills and be physically fit, as you may be required to lift and move stock.

Bonus Points
A forklift license and first aid license would be highly beneficial for this role.
