The successful candidate will work in a highly fluid and evolving environment, engaging with senior stakeholders and leading core business analysis activities across information management, reporting frameworks, and service partner evaluations.

  • Define business requirements and processes to support transformation initiatives
  • Conduct gap analysis on partner services and service-level reporting frameworks
  • Facilitate workshops to gather insights, align objectives, and drive solutions
  • Contribute to the creation of operational manuals and artefact documentation
  • Develop process maps to improve workflows and information management

**Key Skills and Experience**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large enterprises, ideally in telecommunications
  • Strong core BA competencies, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and analytical problem-solving
  • A proactive and driven approach, with the resilience to adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • The ability to work fluidly across different workstreams and changing priorities
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and facilitating key discussions
  • A quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running
