Pedagogical Consultant for Generative AI

About The Role

Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

In this role, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses.

Your work will involve:

  • Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses
  • Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers

Requirements

We seek an expert with a Master's degree or PhD in Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, Human Resources.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of proven teaching experience at schools & universities
  • Familiarity with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, ability levels
  • Proficient level of English (C2)
  • Able to create engaging content through personalization, motivation, gamification, etc.
  • Ready to learn new methods and adapt to challenging guidelines
