Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to generate and convert business opportunities with prospective and existing customers
  2. Deliver outstanding customer service on every incoming call while proactively seeking out sales prospects
  3. Ensure efficient sales process to achieve customer satisfaction
  4. Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support to resolve customer issues
  5. Oversee daily administrative tasks related to customer accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in telesales or call centre environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to identify potential customers and convert enquiries into sales
  • Capable of building strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets
