**Your Role**
As a Casual Registered Nurse with Summerset, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the physical and emotional needs of residents
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
- A minimum of 1 year experience in aged care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
