About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
- Liaise with overseas Mainfreight offices and agents to facilitate smooth operations.
- Track shipments and ensure their safe and efficient movement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education an advantage.
- Proven experience in import/export, freight forwarding, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
