Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch schedules, supervising a small team, and maintaining efficient stock control while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Main Responsibilities
Action daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries. Oversee loading, stock movements, and quality control of outgoing products. Manage team performance, training, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules and stock levels. Work closely with the Production and Scheduling teams to streamline workflow.
Required Skills
Proven experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics hands-on leadership or senior role required. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage schedules and stock efficiently. A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to workplace safety. Forklift licence (OSH and F endorsement preferred) or willingness to obtain.
