The Learning and Development Team Lead role at Rocket Lab USA is a hands-on and results-driven position that requires a pragmatic approach to designing and implementing practical training programs. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
