**Job Description**
McCain Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Night Shift Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team. As a 24/7 operation, you will be working with your team on 12-hour night shifts from 6pm - 6am for 4 nights, then enjoying 4 nights off.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of quality testing including incoming raw vegetables and finished goods.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections on products at various stages of production.
- Perform measurements and tests using various tools and equipment to verify product specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hold Food Safety and Health and Safety in the highest regard.
- Ensure that all quality systems relevant to the process and packing area are adhered to during each shift.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be a logical thinker and have proven problem-solving skills.
- Communicate well and be a team player.
- Be able to work night shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off.
