About the Role

We're seeking an experienced educator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality services to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work alongside our Centre whānau to open the sessions and guide activities.
  2. Facilitate learning for our members and tamariki while role modelling child led play and positive guidance.
  3. Support whānau in the use of Te Reo Māori and encourage participation in the Playcentre Education programme.
What We're Looking For
  • A relevant qualification such as a Playcentre Course 3 or an Early Childhood qualification of Level 4 or higher.
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to achieve one.

You'll also need strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a passion for empowering and engaging with all whānau to feel a sense of belonging in our sessions.
