Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate employment attorney to join our team in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of employment and labor laws, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include advising on general employment law queries, contractual issues, outsourcing, restructuring and harmonization exercises, employment litigation, restrictive covenants, drafting and reviewing precedents, policies, and processes for compliance with relevant labor laws.
You will work closely with Nike's investigation functions on internal investigations and advise on remediation and disciplinary action.
