ASB Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Auckland Financial Crime Team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us protect our customers and the community from financial crime.

This is an entry-level role that offers growth opportunities and the chance to make a real difference in the fight against financial crime. You will be responsible for the initial triage of financial sanction-related trigger events, such as customer and payment screening alerts, and escalating these as required.

You will interact with our valued customers, balancing exceptional customer service with the compliance obligations that the bank must adhere to. Your attention to detail, investigative skills, and ability to articulate risk will be essential in this role.

The role is based in Auckland, but we welcome applications from candidates based outside of the region who can travel to Auckland when needed. Full training will take place in Auckland, and you will be responsible for covering your own costs.
