Role Overview

This is a key role within our Human Resources Division (HRD) and requires a highly skilled and experienced Digital Learning Innovation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Digital Learning and other members of the team to identify learning and development needs through various activities, networks, and regular consultation with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Knowledge Management: Lead the enhancement of knowledge transfer through digital solutions by developing innovative and creative e-learning and digital learning which will uplift the end-user experience.
  2. eLearning Authoring: Utilise knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 / RISE 360 / Camtasia) and LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience.
  3. Project Management: Manage digital projects and programmes to support digital development delivery.
