Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Bayview in Tauranga. This is a casual role with flexible roster arrangements, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of shifts across a week.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily care needs of residents while providing leadership and guidance to care staff and team members
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families

Requirements
- Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
- Commitment to delivering excellent service
- Previous experience using clinical systems
- Desirable: InterRai experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Capability to coach and mentor other staff
