This is a part-time position (32 hours per week) based in our Thames office.
The role involves preparing agreements, licences, property instruments and giving legal advice for various projects and processes.
You will regularly engage with external lawyers and consultants and provide training and legal support to internal staff.
We are looking for someone who is mentally agile and can think outside the square to find innovative solutions.
A strong personality that can develop working relationships and still have a laugh or two is essential.
You must be able to prioritise and operate under pressure.
A current practicing certificate is required along with an eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills.
Effective communication of complex legal concepts is also necessary.
Previous experience in-house or local government would be beneficial but not necessary.
