Traffic Management Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the flow of vehicles and pedestrians around temporary work sites within the Thames-Coromandel roading network.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely direct and manage traffic flow using signs, cones, and communication
- Work in a collaborative environment with a close-knit crew
- Gain access to VentiaPerks including gas and fuel discounts as well as Health Essentials plans with Southern Cross
**Requirements**
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and understanding of road safety regulations
