The Auto Repair Network Manager is responsible for the strategy and delivery of the MBI repair network in New Zealand. This includes setting up and managing the repair network to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to support business partners, repairers, and end customers
  • Validating repair network partner propositions to ensure agreed service levels are met
  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in New Zealand repair network management
  • Industry knowledge or experience in automotive mechanical repairs
  • Automotive trade certificate
  • Experience managing external vendors or 3PL providers
