We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Care and Protection Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people by facilitating care and protection, truancy, and transition to independence related conferences.
You will work closely with tamariki, rangatahi, and their whānau to develop plans that meet identified needs through whānau-led decision-making focused on the best interests of tamariki and rangatahi. Your ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills, and uphold the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi will be essential to your success in this role.
