About the Team: Our Auckland Operations Group is responsible for assembling rosters, leave planning, onshore and offshore resourcing, workforce planning, and post-border response resourcing from Auckland.

As a Scheduler, you will be part of a collaborative team that includes Schedulers, Rosterers, Staff & Resource Coordinators, and a Planner. We are committed to working closely with iwi, hapu, whanau, and hapori to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planner database and update the Auckland roster
  • Compile inspectors' daily job sheets and provide updates on changes
  • Provide phone and logistical support to Quarantine Officers
  • Assist with redistribution and prioritization of resources to cover sick leave
  • Produce and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Auckland Operations team
