Responsibilities:

  1. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.

  3. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap).
  4. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company guidelines.
  5. Ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
  6. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  7. Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons.
  8. Assist with cleaning special events or larger cleaning projects as needed.
  9. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when restocking is necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.
  2. Ability to follow cleaning schedules and work independently.
  3. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
  5. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  6. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is preferred.
