Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Methane Barn, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Supervise a small team on-site, fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve our goals.
  • Coordinate the feeding, weighing, and care of cohorts of cattle to evaluate their emissions and the effectiveness of new technologies.
  • Collect and report accurate data for research trials, ensuring compliance with all relevant research standards and procedures.

Your Skills:

You will need:

  • Proven experience in management, especially cattle and people management.
  • High computer literacy, particularly in database operations and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, troubleshoot, and take corrective action as needed.
