Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Store Manager to lead our Auckland store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large team of 40-50 staff members, driving in-store sales through your motivation and strength as a senior leader.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years experience in retail management, leading teams and achieving targets and KPIs. You will also have people management expertise in training, development, and succession planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and develop your team to drive in-store sales
  • Reporting directly to an Area Manager who will support your long-term goals and ambitions
  • Collaborate with other department managers and stock controllers to achieve business objectives
