Our Approach

At Change Grow Live, we take a person-centered approach to addressing substance misuse issues. Our team members work collaboratively with service users to develop personalized recovery plans, which address their unique needs and circumstances.

We recognize the importance of social reintegration and work with service users to promote their independence and well-being. Our team members also engage with multi-agency teams, including Courts, police, and probation services, to ensure seamless support and care for our service users.

About the Role

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning, and facilitating onward referrals
  • Working with service users to promote social reintegration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives
  • Collaborating with multi-agency teams, including Courts, police, and probation services
  • Promoting carer, service user, and community involvement

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working within a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong team player with ability to work in partnership with various professionals, agencies, and stakeholders
