Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and refine treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for residents.
  • Engage residents in goal-directed activities, fostering motivation and participation in their rehabilitation journey.
  • Observe and record changes in residents' conditions, reporting these findings to Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing cases, share best practices, and address challenges together.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited degree in a relevant field.
  • Valid state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • CPR certification and basic life support training.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and grow in your profession.
