Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to provide specialist intervention for people to optimise recovery and quality of life, as well as case coordination. The role involves working collaboratively with complementary internal and external partner organisations, developing sound legislative knowledge, particularly as pertains to the SACAT Act, and ensuring all inter-disciplinary referrals within the team will be performed with consent from whaiora and their whanau (where applicable).

The ideal candidate will have an Annual Practising Certificate & Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand or other regulatory body, and will be competent in all facets of assessment, holistic care and multi-disciplinary team work, with demonstrated ability to work with all ethnicities, particularly Maori/Iwi.
