Clinical Project Manager - New Dunedin HospitalThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced Health Professional with skills and knowledge of clinical project management to apply their planning and leadership skills in support of the changes to our healthcare system.
As the Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team involved in planning and managing the New Dunedin Hospital through all stages of the project. This role will also focus on liaising with our clinical staff, helping to develop clinical models of care, and bringing clinical input knowledge to the project team to inform decisions on how the best health outcomes can be delivered and supported when the hospital is redeveloped.

About Your Skills
Some of the skills we are looking for in our ideal candidate are:
- Significant clinical experience: you must be a registered health professional with a current APC
- Solid experience in Project Management, a relevant qualification would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully engage with a range of stakeholder groups
- The ability to review complex documents to pull out relevant information and potential risks
- The ability to effectively operate in an often-ambiguous environment
- Confidence to build successful working relationships with those around you, the ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Confidence with Te Ao Māori, tikanga, and Te Reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
