The ACNM assists the Charge Nurse Manager to provide:Clinical leadership,Monitor and mitigate risk,Engage in quality initiatives,Coordinate resources to meet the identified needs of patients and team members ensuring delivery of safe patient-centered/focused care.Provide leadership for our dedicated Ward 4A and 4C teams as an Associate Charge Nurse Manager.
