My client is a leading and highly respected accounting and business advisory firm, and is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic either BAS Assistant or Manager to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership, oversee accounting operations, and guide the finance team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled accountants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Client Engagement: Interact with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Tax Compliance: Stay abreast of tax regulations, manage tax planning, and ensure compliance for clients. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to contribute to the firm's strategic planning and growth initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
CPA or CA certification is preferred. Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a team of accountants and financial professionals. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
