You will work with a number of specialists both internally and externally and have the ability to maintain excellent working relationships.This is a job where no two days are ever the same; you will see the full spectrum of psychiatry from enduring mental illness through to trauma, grief and distress.You will work with supportive and caring colleagues within a close-knit team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide quality clinical services to tamariki, rangatahi and their whanau within Te Whatu Ora Waikato boundaries.As a clinical expert, you will ensure that the appropriate and current knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the area of psychiatry are applied to clinical situations and team decision making.Participate in clinical partnership to ensure that tangata whaiora and their whanau receive integrated, appropriate, effective, and efficient assessment and care.We are the Mental Health and Addictions Service arm of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu - Waikato.
