This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Commerce, MBA preferred) and 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in high-tech marketing to various industries.Demonstrable success in dynamic and complex environments, with a proven ability to rally teams and influence at all levels to drive business outcomes.Ability to think, plan, and problem-solve strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a firm focus on execution within deadlines.Experience and proven success in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing marketing teams.Excellent, prescriptive communication and "storytelling" to deliver information equally (all forms) to senior sales and marketing leaders, those beginning their professional journey, and everyone in between.Extreme attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Comfort in working with a variety of people from different parts of the business, including, but not limited to Sales, Product, Customer Success, and more.Demonstrable passion, inspiration and coaching of individuals and teams to build lasting organizational capability across the organization.Keen understanding of SaaS markets, business models, and buyer personae.Data-driven, experience with AI and analytics using CRM and/or marketing automation software.
