Operations Director

Our growing technology client is looking for a Director of Operations who can be responsible for overseeing Finance, HR, Systems and Processes to improve efficiencies. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the leadership team and help assist with expanding their business across internal operations. Responsibilities include: Oversee and improve day to day financial operations. Management of 2 x finance staff. Commercial and management Accounting. Overseeing HR operations including onboarding candidates and implementing HR processes. Writing job descriptions and interviewing potential new employees. Review current systems and processes. Implement and improve finance, analytics and insights tools. This role will report to the CEO and Chief Strategy officer whilst managing a team of 2 with the likelihood of expanding the team. We are looking for someone who is hungry and ambitious and keen to get involved with all operations of the business. Preferably we are looking for someone who has worked in the technology industry or has a strong interest in technology. The role would suit someone who has worked in a SME business in a broad role.
