Your one-year contract will allow you to continue your studies and work part-time (minimum three days a week) or throw yourself into the role and work full-time; it's up to youHaving already completed two years of your degree, this is a rare opportunity to gain valuable and highly desirable experience before completing your studies. Congratulations to those of you who have or will graduate this year - unfortunately, this is not a graduate program.Job DescriptionThe Role:With your development at the forefront of this program, you will be mentored, supported, and challenged in this hands-on role.Working closely with the Head of Market Activation and Trade Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and implementation of key account activities and promotional activation, as well as support the Market Activation Team with campaigns and promotions, trade marketing, and general marketing.Key responsibilities include:Support in the creation and distribution of content for retail and market-wide promotional campaigns.Support with the execution of point of sale and merchandise.Assist with the go-to-market aspects of new product launches, including launch events and display asset management.Execute internal communications strategy.Key member in helping bring trade and consumer events to life.Support with the implementation of our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.Social media community management.Data analysis.Support in preparing presentations for management and retailers.Desired Skills and ExperienceDesired Skills and Experience:Passion and commitment to your chosen field (Marketing and Business).Have completed a minimum of 2 years of your degree with the intention of completion.Must have experience working in some capacity (e.g., retail, in a restaurant, etc.).A strong desire to work in an in-person team environment.Effective stakeholder management and ability to cultivate fruitful relationships.Attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills.Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Excellent time management and organisational skills.A pro-active, positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.How to Apply: To apply for our Student Placement Program, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your career goals and why you believe you would be a valuable addition to BSH.Embark on a fulfilling educational journey with us and set the stage for a successful career.
