Responsibilities:Communicate with customers in monitoring outstanding paymentsCommunicate with admin on registration, PDI & paymentsCommunicate with PDI personnel on new vehicle deliveryLiaising with banks for loan approval and insurance companies for insurance quotesEnsure all trade-ins, finance, and insurance are through an in-house panelProspecting sessions with management to update on sales progressMaintain and upkeep the cleanliness and appearance of the Sales Showroom, Display & Test Drive vehiclesMaintain operations standards according to Company policies setServe walk-in Denza customers (including conducting test drives) and tap into own networks / existing customers to achieve Sales quotasConsistent engagement with clients with product updates, new promotions, new products, and new opportunitiesFollow up on assigned web inquiriesSubmit used vehicle quotes & liaise with VPO for all car trade-insKey in leads, test drives & update prospects into the SalesForce system.Advise customers on bank loan and insurance schemes availableSubmission of all documents relating to new vehicles, used vehicles, loan, insurance, COE bids, registration, delivery, PDI, and customers' special requestsChecking of customers' cars before deliveryFollow up after delivery and Assist customers with service bookingsRequirements:Minimum O / A Levels / Diploma in Business or equivalentSuitable candidates should possess Sales Flair, good Sales Closing Techniques, and Presentation skillsCandidates with prior car sales experience are a plus
