About the department Novo Nordisk has a unique opportunity for a science-driven and customer focused-professional, to partner with Specialists in achieving better patient outcomes with innovative medicines and medical activities for new medicines in diabetes, obesity, and related chronic diseases.

You will report to the Medical Science Liaison Manager, and be part of an experienced and diverse Clinical, Medical and Regulatory team, with an excellent opportunity to develop and refine your skills as Field Medical Advisor.
The position As a Field Medical Advisor, you will: Enhance patient outcomes by leading with deep medical knowledge and effective communication.
Build and maintain collaborations with key experts in the cardiometabolic community.
Plan and execute the dissemination of essential medical insights to internal stakeholders and prepare for product launches.
Collaborate with field sales teams on account planning and contribute to the brand strategy's medical component.
Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk Standard Operating Procedure(s), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and ICH guidelines in all medical activities.
Qualifications Must possess a master's degree, PharmD, or PhD in relevant field.
At least 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Obesity or Diabetes therapeutic area is desirable.
Displays business acumen/knowledge based on experiences such as participation in formulary process decisions.
Experience in product launch is highly preferred.
Must either be a New Zealand Citizen or have a current residency Visa to live and work in New Zealand.
