You'll ensure best-in-class customer experiences, streamline processes, and drive growth initiatives that align with SKOPE's overall strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership:Inspire and lead the Services and Spares team to exceed business targets.Develop a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.Strategise, implement, and execute growth plans in line with SKOPE's vision.Services:Develop strategies to expand and optimise SKOPE's after-sales services.Establish and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure technical excellence and market-leading capabilities across all regions.Spare Parts:Drive growth and efficiency in SKOPE's Spare Parts operations.Champion the SKOPE Spares E-Commerce platform for seamless customer experiences.Optimise inventory and supply chain operations for best-in-class delivery.Systems:Innovate with cutting-edge tools like mendrhub and SKOPE-connect.Integrate AI initiatives and enhance digital capabilities to drive operational excellence.What We're Looking For:We're searching for a leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.
