This role while spanning the multidisciplinary team, there will be a specific focus around clinical leadership, operational oversight and quality improvement of Child Development Service (CDS) delivery.The Starship Community Locality Lead position is a clinical leadership role which forms a key part of the service leadership team.
It is aligned to enacting the strategic direction of Te Toka Tumai through service delivery aimed at enhancing outcomes for whānau and their mokopuna.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide effective leadership and support to the multidisciplinary locality team and collaboration with internal and external networks.
This role actively supports our achievement of excellent community healthcare which is integrated and seamless, easy to navigate, empowers whānau and the community, is sustainable and values our staff.For further details, please refer to the Position Description here.About the TeamStarship Community provides interdisciplinary care and cultural support to children; young people, their families and whānau living within the Auckland area.
A part of the Starship Child Health directorate, our nursing; allied health and technical staff are responsible for delivering health care services within home; school and community settings.
