We are seeking an experienced, flexible, and driven Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic and growing private organisation, and to be part of our amazing pharmacy teamThe Opportunity:In this well-established role, reporting to the Charge Clinical Pharmacy Manager, the Senior Clinical Pharmacist will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clinical areas such as orthopaedics, general surgery, head and neck, ICU and cardiothoracics.
There will also be opportunity to hold or develop a specialist portfolio in an area of interest such as analgesic stewardship, antimicrobial stewardship, head and neck / upper GI surgery, and/or education and training.

This full-time position, scheduled from Monday to Friday, will also entail weekend responsibilities and on-call duties as part of the role.
Part time applicants will also be considered.In this fast paced, dynamic role, you will be responsible for:Working in collaboration with the Charge Clinical Pharmacy Manager and clinical team to develop consistent pharmacy services across the organisationParticipation in the delivery of specialised education across the organisationThe delivery of specialised clinical pharmacy services and medicines management as part of your agreed portfolio within a multidisciplinary teamSupporting the broader clinical pharmacy team to deliver service across the organisation, particularly rotational pharmacists and students, in their learning and professional growthInitiatives for enhancing quality, updating guidelines, protocols, and policies tailored to your specialist portfolioProviding advice and support to the organisation in relation to medication and pharmacy capabilities and system workflowsEnsuing best practice guidelines regarding medication safety are built into workflows for improved patient outcomes and enhanced patient experienceParticipation in project management, innovation and implementation of new services (like an EMR
