We want to deliver award-winning work for our partners; building gusty brands, behaviour changing digital products and culturally relevant content which resonates deeply with audiences.We're seeking a detail-oriented Digital Producer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital projects for a range of clients. Working closely with our Digital Production Lead and wider digital team, you'll play a key role in coordinating client communication, managing project timelines, and overseeing production workflows to ensure all deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals.This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting digital projects and build valuable experience, making a meaningful impact in our team's success and contributing to projects that make a difference for our clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of digital projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.Work closely with internal teams, tracking progress and supporting task coordination to ensure that everyone is aligned on project requirements.Maintain project documentation, including status reports and schedules, keeping teams and clients informed of key milestones.Client SupportServe as a point of contact for clients, helping to answer questions and provide regular project updates.Support the project lead in managing client expectations and gathering client feedback.Develop a solid understanding of client objectives, ensuring project activities align with their goals.Quality ControlConduct preliminary quality checks on deliverables, ensuring they meet project standards before final reviews.Help track project requirements and specifications, confirming that all work aligns with the client's brand and project guidelines.Budget and Resource ManagementAssist with tracking project budgets and resource allocations, helping to monitor expenses and flagging any risks to project leads.Provide support with cost estimates, proposals, and other administrative tasks as required.Skills and Qualifications2–3 years of experience in digital production, project coordination, or a related field.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and a basic understanding of agile methodologies.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with internal teams and clients.Basic technical knowledge of digital products (websites, apps) and familiarity with the digital production process.Our valuesAs a business, Daylight acknowledges Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and recognises that Ngati Whatua Orakei are mana whenua of the land where the Daylight office is based in Tamaki Makaurau.
