We are committed to diversity and inclusion, and we welcome applicants from all walks of life.No experience is required, although any experience in the horticultural/viticulture or pastoral care industries is preferable.Full driver's license.Key ResponsibilitiesAccommodation compliance and supervision by ensuring team members comply with accommodation standards and treat each other respectfully. Carry out regular accommodation visits.Assist team members with general enquiries and handle worker welfare, medical, personal, and work issues.Carry out Medical/Bank visits.Assist with operational duties, vehicle checks, dinner service, and administration duties.Assist with international worker arrivals and departures and help transport teams and inductions.Build positive relationships with the workforce and stakeholders.Key AttributesStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Understanding of ethical and confidentiality requirements in pastoral care.The ability to juggle and pivot on multiple requirements while staying cool, calm, and collected.Be part of a growing business in a position where you can make a profound and meaningful difference in the lives of RSE and Kiwi workers.
