You will be our in-house IT expert, driving enablement and adoption through your deep-rooted belief in IT as a business enabler and working closely with IT Champions to build digital confidence and capability across our teams.This is a full-time permanent position based at Hibiscus Hospice with travel required across the region.He korero mou | About youYou have solid experience providing IT hardware and application support in a business environment.
Experience in the health sector will be highly advantageous.
You will bring:Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePointBroad knowledge of IT systems, security, and data standards and principlesDemonstrable experience coaching and training end users in a variety of settingsAbility to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for end usersExperience creating training documentationYou will be flexible with a collaborative and mentoring working style.
