We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Delivery Effectiveness, to lead our initiatives in optimising delivery practices and driving impactful change across our Personal Banking division.
As the Senior Manager, Delivery Effectiveness, you will be at the forefront of developing strategies, plans and excellence in execution of initiatives that impact our frontline distribution channels.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Distribution Experience and the Planning & Engagement Lead, you will ensure the seamless delivery of initiatives that yield positive employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes.
Your expertise in change management will be critical as you create clear and transparent processes for effective initiative delivery, utilising proven methodologies to assess the impact of initiatives on staff capability and productivity before execution dates.
In this pivotal role, you will provide continuous reporting to key stakeholders, including Distribution General Managers, highlighting planned initiatives, expected impacts, and any areas of concern.
You will champion robust change management practices to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes and benefits, monitoring implementation effectiveness with a strong focus on eNPS, NPS, and productivity metrics.
By fostering a culture of learning through insights gathered from stakeholders, you will enhance delivery practices and share best practices across the organisation.
Your efforts will support Personal Banking strategies by ensuring the embedding of change across our frontline distribution channels, in alignment with ASB's organisational change management approach and ADF framework.
You will play a crucial role in influencing stakeholders to champion effective change without compromising employee and customer experiences.
Additionally, your commitment to continuous improvement will contribute to a highly engaged team culture within Business Transformation & Customer Engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will have over 10 years of experience in senior roles, with a strong focus on change management within large organisations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.
You will possess advanced influencing, negotiation, and consensus-building skills, enabling you to navigate challenging stakeholder conversations while maintaining valuable relationships.
Proven stakeholder management abilities will help you build strong connections across divisions.
Your expertise in managing change at both initiative and portfolio levels is crucial, along with a demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will support your capacity to address business needs effectively.
A collaborative leadership style and a relentless focus on outcomes are key to managing delivery while keeping sight of the overall vision.
Familiarity with project methodologies and an agile mindset are essential, complemented by a tertiary qualification in a business or social-related field.
