Although the majority of your day would be working independently, you would be part of a small service team made up of multiple trades who will also provide support to you when needed.
Working closely with your Service Coordinator, you will be assigned Service and Maintenance jobs for the Electrical services of multiple commercial buildings and work to improve building reliability and maintain tenant comfort.As a Technician, this would also be an opportunity to work with our highly skilled team and get some exposure to commercial HVAC, broadening your skill base and experience.Key aspects of the job include:A wide variety of workA competitive hourly rate, work vehicle, mobile phone, and uniformWork will be challenging and rewardingTraining and strong support will be providedHours of work are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm weekdays (except Friday being 4:00 pm), no weekends.Birthday offMedical InsuranceIdeal applicants should have the following attributes:NZ Electrical Registration as either an Electrician or Electrical Technician.Experience with commercial air conditioning would be an advantage but not essential.Able to pass a security check.Be a New Zealand resident or hold a valid NZ work visa.PLEASE APPLY FOR THIS ROLE VIA THE "APPLY NOW" BUTTON.Apply online for this role or contact Peter Appleby for more information.
