This sole charge position oversees the kitchen operation to deliver lunch and dinner (Tuesday – Saturday).While the hustle of a full-service kitchen may no longer tick your boxes, your passion for great food, innovative & seasonal menus and excellent service will still be a driving force. The ability to offer a variety of healthy and nutritious meals while accommodating specific dietaries is a daily requirement. Ordering, planning & ensuring compliance with our food control plan are all part of the role as are scheduled termly events.For your capability and enthusiasm, we offer a competitive salary package, excellent work hours and opportunities for growth and role diversity within the wider organisation.
