You could lead one of several new squads,tackle challenges with all touch points of electronic clinical records, focus on efficient practice management workflow or turn your hand to all things that enhance our client's engagement with their customers the pet parent.
Your focus is to lead a team delivering high quality solutions that overcome complex challenges related to our portfolio of cloud platforms and applications.
We're looking for ambitious technical experts to run point with one of several new squads designed to boost our capacity within Clinical, Practice Management & Client Engagement domains.We work with modern web technologies, including TypeScript, Go, and cloud-native architectures, to develop robust and maintainable solutions.
With a strong focus on DevOps and automation, you'll contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and system reliability.

Some key responsibilities of your role: Lead by example being a role model that engineers can look up to for guidanceCreate technical design documentation Build large scale or complex projects that are fit for purpose and achieve the desired resultBuild code that is beautifully crafted, highly scalable, and maintainableMonitor, evaluate and improve projects as they are released (agile)Write well crafted unit testsProvide senior code reviews to ensure code that is released is robust and does not break Refactor the low-level framework objects to improve the performance and scalability of our platformsContribute to high level tech stack related discussions and aid in driving our application forwardLead collaboration with cross functional teams to better understand the broader aspects of our portfolio and collectively solve the challenges of scaleWhat you need to succeed:Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer leading quality and delivery of a team or teams of EngineersExperienced in evolving culture and process towards better engagement, agility, automated testing, and DevSecOps.
