Working closely with the Finance & Business Insights Senior Leadership Team (F&BI SLT) and the Digital & Data team, you will develop and implement a Business Intelligence strategy that balances business priorities and technical capabilities.Development of business insights and data analysis across the range of data and information sources within Hato Hone St John to provide actionable insights.Develop, maintain, and implement the BI strategy, plans, associated policies, standards, reporting definitions and guidelines to ensure we are adopting best practice, modern and relevant practices.Leverage Power BI / Microsoft Fabric to deliver and maintain impactful user-friendly dashboards bringing together commercial and non-financial analysis.Build strong stakeholder-oriented perspectives in the delivery of required outcomes.Guide capability-building efforts within the BI function, ensuring consistency and alignment in approach and delivery.Collaborate with the Digital & Data team on the design of databases and data warehouses to ensure interoperability with BI solutions.QualificationsKo wai koe - About you:Are you a commercially savvy and technically skilled leader who excels at building strong relationships and delivering tailored, relevant insights?
