The Role: You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also:
Manage targets and sales figuresMotivate, mentor and lead a teamImplement self-starter promotions and new business initiativesManage and maintain appropriate stock levelsBe the glue that holds the counter together.About You: We are seeking a Studio Manager to join our team who has:
Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets.A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry.Great time management, problem solving and communication skills.A keen eye for detail and making all things, including your Counter look beautifulExperience managing a small team would also be an advantage.This position is full time and involves working on a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
