Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAbout the rolePartners Life is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team based in Takapuna.
Working closely with the General Counsel and one other Senior Legal Counsel, this key role will suit an insurance or financial services lawyer and involves a broad range of work such as:Providing expert legal advice on customer, product, marketing, and distribution related matters (including customer claims, disputes and remediation)Supporting constructive relationships with regulators, industry bodies and other stakeholdersPlaying a crucial role in developing and executing risk management, legal, and compliance strategies to support strategic and operational goalsThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping their legal approach as Partners Life challenge insurance industry norms and always strive to improve.
As part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, you will be given autonomy and support so that together you will provide excellent legal support and contribute to the company's broader purpose of building a brighter and more secure future for all New Zealanders.
