You will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service.How You'll Be RewardedCleaning all public areas of the resort including resort hallways and reception, car park, and exterior groundsTending to guest requests in a timely fashionEmptying rubbish binsReplenishing linen stores and guest amenitiesWorking with housekeeping team as requiredMinor maintenance duties as requiredWhat are we looking for?Previous experience in a similar role within a Resort/Hotel environmentExtremely high standard of cleanliness and attention to detailFantastic communication skills in a team environmentTime Management and Organisational SkillsFlexibility to work on weekdays/weekends and holidaysProfessional attitude and strong customer service skillsWhere You'll Begin Your JourneySurrounded by parklands and offering beautiful views over the Ohau Channel, Club Wyndham Rotorua promises a tranquil escape.
