Connecting clients both onshore and offshore to grow New Zealand's bilateral trade and export opportunities, we offer our clients a range of trade-related payment solutions.Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Trade Relationship Assistant to join the team to provide administrative support to the Trade Relationship team. This is an office-based role, located in our North Wharf office.Key responsibilities will include:Obtaining all SAP Loan confirmationsManaging maturing transactionsConfirming proceeds receivedSorting and distributing inward SWIFT messagesAssisting the wider teamInputting and maintaining Trade Advance Loans and all Documentary Collections on SAP and CGI Trade 360 systemsPerforming additional ad-hoc dutiesTo be successful, you will have an exceptional service ethic, accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency. You will be a clear and confident communicator, with strong time management and stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you will have some Trade Finance experience along with working knowledge of systems such as SAP, CGI Trade 360, and MTS, which is preferable but not essential.
