THE OPPORTUNITY Right now, my client is looking for a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Whether you're an established Legal Recruitment Consultant, a Lawyer keen to transition your skills, or you're currently working within HR or talent acquisition in-house and looking to move to consultancy – what matters most is your drive to succeed. Entrepreneurial by nature and commercially aware, you'll be willing to put in the work to deliver first-class service to their nation-wide client base.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients nationwideBuild and maintain a talent pool of high-calibre legal professionalsUnderstand clients' strategic, financial, and hiring needsOperate at speed and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFollow meticulous processes to ensure accuracy and successEngage with clients and candidates to build meaningful connectionsSkills Required: Strong drive to succeed and entrepreneurial spiritCommercial awareness and client-focused approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentExcellent communication and people skillsExperience in legal recruitment, law, HR, or talent acquisitionA BIT ABOUT THE CLIENT Their mission is simple: to provide the best legal recruitment consultancy service in Aotearoa.
